COACHES

Fernie Freestyle Ski Club's goal is to create skiers for life through freestyle skiing programs that focus on skills in a fun, safe and challenging environment. Our coaches are CFSA (Canadian Freestyle Ski Association) trained and certified, along with other accreditation such as CSIA and NCCP. They work hard to deliver a fun focused program that allows athletes to develop their skills and achieve their goals at a comfortable pace. Safety is key to every day. We strive to maintain a 6:1 ratio of skiers to coaches within the Club.

Our program is based on the Long Term Athlete Development Plan, outlined by the CFSA and we offer programs that allow skiers to progress their freestyle skills with the Club. For more information about Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD), click here.
