FALL PRE-SEASON ON SNOW TRAINING
Fall is a great time to prepare for the upcoming Ski Season. Fernie Freestyle offers pre-season training in the form of Trampoline, Dryland, On Snow training with possibly Air Bag Training. Location will depend on snow conditions but varies from Panorama, Winsport, Apex, Silverstar.

FERNIE & CALGARY
Fall pre-season training is all about fitness & continuing with air awareness.
Dryland training will be offered in Fernie. Trampoline training will be offered in both Calgary & Fernie for Club Members.
Fall Trampoline starts Sept 8 Monday or Sept 10 Wed. Runs for 11 weeks. Cost is $330 per sessions.

PRE-SEASON ON SNOW
We have a Pre Season Camp in Silverstar. Nov 21-23. Registration is open as of Sept 16 at 8am. A $200 deposit is required to hold your spot. Open to Skiers and Snowboarders to a total of 16. Need min of 3 borders to justify a coach and total of 10 between skiers and boarders. Min 7 with just skiers.
This camp has an Air Bag, Rail Park and On Snow jump as long as mother nature cooperates. Great for taking all the hard work over the summer to snow. Estimated costs $650-$800 for the 3 day camp.
