At registration, each family contributed $100 per athlete, which covers:

• 10 raffle tickets per athlete
• $10 per ticket

📦 Ticket Pickup

Raffle tickets will be available for pickup:

Our board member, Ally, will be in the priority parking lot at the base of the Timber Chair:

Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th from 3:00–4:15 PM

If you require an alternative pickup time, please reach out to me directly and we’ll make arrangements.

🎟️ Ticket Stub Return Deadline

All ticket stubs (sold and unsold) must be returned by:

📅 Friday, April 10 at 9:00 PM

This ensures all entries are included in the raffle draw.

👉 Important:

• All tickets must be accounted for (sold or unsold)
• Please ensure all stubs are fully completed (name + phone/email)
• Late entries cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the draw

📩 You are welcome to email me directly to arrange pickup of completed ticket packages if needed. Ticket drop off dates will be provided shortly.
Early returns are appreciated to help us stay organized.
